पासपोर्ट स्कैंडल- तीन पुलिस कर्मी समेत 25 लोग सलाखों के पिछे

2007 में हुए पासपोर्ट स्कैंडल का फ़ैसला मोगा ज़िला अदालत ने सुना दिया है, जिस में पुलिस कर्मियों के समेत 25 लोगों को तीन-तीन साल की सज़ा और 11-11 हज़ार रुपए का जुर्माना सुनाया गया है। दरअसल मामला यह है कि 2007 में मोगा में 400 से अधिक के पासपोर्ट गलत ढंग के साथ बनाऐ गए थे जिस के दोष में 70 लोगों को अदालत में पेश किया गया,, जिन में से 44 को बरी कर दिया गया और 25 को सज़ा सुनाई गई और एक को पैंडिंग रखा गया है।
