प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना के तहत 6 माह में 6 लाख का बिजली का बिल
गरीबी रेखा के नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाले परिवार के घरों को रोशन करने के लिए भारत सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना के तहत गांव-गांव मुक्त में बिजली का कनेक्शन देने की मुहिम छेड़ रखी है । इस योजना के तहत गरीब परिवार को लाभाविन्त करने के लिए पूर्वांचल विधुत निगम ने [ LNT ] लार्शन एंड टोरबो लिमटेड कंपनी को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है । यूपी के कौशाम्बी में अब तक 30 हजार से अधिक गरीबी रेखा के नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाले परिवारो को प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना के तहत मुक्त बिजली का कनेक्शन दिया जा चुका है , लेकिन छह माह का बिजली बिल जब उपभोक्ताओं के पास 5 से 6 लाख रुपये पहुंचा तो उनके होश उड़ गए । जिसके बाद से पीड़ित उपभोक्ता बिल का संसोधन कराने के लिए बिजली विभाग के दफ्तरों का चक्कर लगा रहे है , लेकिन उनका सुनने वाला कोई नही ।कौशाम्बी के नगर पालिका परिषद भरवारी के सिंधिया गांव की रहने वाली चौरी देवी व अमरनाथ ने मई 2018 में प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना के तहत मुक्त में बिजली का कनेक्शन लिया था । सोमवार को जब बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारी चौरा देवी को 6 लाख 34 हजार 549 रुपये व अमरनाथ को 5 लाख 29 हजार 50 रुपये बिजली का बिल थमाया तो उनके होश उड़ गए । पीड़ित उपभोक्ताओ के मुताबिक बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारियों ने उनकी एक न सुनी और वह रुपये जमा करने की बात कहते हुए चले गए । जिसके बाद पीड़ित उपभोक्ताओं ने विधुत उपकेंद्र भरवारी पहुंच कर जेई से मिल बिजली बिल संसोधन कराए जाने की शिकायत दर्ज कराई । उपभोक्ताओं का आरोप है कि शिकायत के बाद भी जेई ने कोई मदद नही की । रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में मेहनत मजदूरी कर अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करने वाले यह परिवार अब बिजली विभाग के आलाधिकारियों के दफ्तरों के चक्कर काटने पर मजबूर है और इनकी सुनने वाला कोई नही है । इसके अलावा भी ऐसे सैकड़ो उपभोक्ता है जो भारी भड़कम्प बिजली का बिल आने के बाद से परेशान है ,वही गरम प्रधान संतोष तिवारी का कहना है की सरकार गरीबो को बेवकूफ बनाने का काम कर रही है है।मेरा भी बिल बढ़कर आया है और कही भी सुनवाई नही हो रही है। मामला मीडिया में आने के बाद जिले के अधीक्षण अभियंता सुसील कुमार श्रीवात्सव का कहना है कि बिजली बिल के संसोधन के लिए उपभोक्ता एसडीओ से मिलकर अपनी।शिकायत दर्ज कराए ये मामूली समस्या है इसका सीघ्र ही निस्तारण किया जाएगा ।
