CII says that creating long term debt market for infrastrucutre financing is key for the sectors' growth. An investment of $1 trillion is needed in 2012-13 for the infrastrucutre building in India. CII will launch a task force on Infrastructure Monitoring & Advocacy to moniotr implemenatation of projects of national importance.
