Brief facts: Cr. no: 395/2018 U/s 377 IPC, sec 5 (m) r/w 6 of POCSO ACT 2012 I.O ACP Sri. M.A. Rasheed, Falaknuma Division.
On 12-11-2018 at 09:15 hrs received a complaint from Mohd Abdullah Quadri S/o Late Adam Sab Age; 45 Yrs Occ: Cooking Master And part Time Milk Supply R/o: 19-4-8/32, Hashamabad, Chandrayangutta Hyderabad submitted that he blessed with one son and two daughter’s namely 1) Md. Khaja Nawaz, (8 yrs) 2) Noori Fathima (4 yrs) and 3) Zoya Fathima (2 yrs). He works as cooking master and supplies milk packets as part time job, today morning i.e. on 12-11-2018 while supplying milk packets to the customers in Hashamabad area along with his son, meanwhile at about 06:30 am his son Md. Khaja Nawaz Age: 8 yrs studying 2nd class went to another lane to supply the milk packets, while he was returning he seems to be terrified and on my questioning he revealed that one person by name Mohd Ilahi took his son to the terrace of his house by saying that he will give a kite and removed his son’s pant when his son asked him what is he doing then Mohd Ilahi closed his son’s mouth with his hand and penetrated his Penis into his Anus. Complainant checked his son’s pant from back side and found it to be wet.
