मुज़फ्फरनगर २०१३ दंगा के आरोपी की संदिग्ध हालत में गोली लगने से मौत

मुज़फ्फरनगर में एक हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया जिसमे युवक का एक बंद कमरे में गोली लगा शव बरामद हुआ शाहपुर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के गांव कुटबा में घर से एक युवक का शव बरामद हुआ हैं जिसे पुलिस ने पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया हैं ।पुलिस के आलाधिकारियों का कहना हैं कि मृतक युवक मुज़फ्फरनगर 2013 दंगो के मामले में आरोपी था जो जेल से जमानत पर बाहर था, जो पिछले कई दिनों से तनाव में था जिसका गोली लग शव उसी के घर से बरामद किया गया हैं ।

मामला हत्या और आत्महत्या के बीच उलझा हुआ है। शाहपुर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव कुटबा में मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों के आरोपी का गोली लगा शव उसी के घर में पड़ा मिला, घटना पर पहुची पुलिस भी इस मामले में हत्या और आत्महत्या के बीच जांच में उलझ कर रह गई है।

दरअसल मामला शाहपुर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव कुटबा का हैं । रामदास उर्फ काला पुत्र खजान मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों में आरोपी था। बताया जा रहा हैं कि दिनांक 10 नवंबर को काला नाम का युवक अपने घर में सोया हुआ था। इसी बीच गोली चलने की आवाज आई शोर सुनकर परिजन जब तक मौके पर पहुंचे तो काला उर्फ रामदास की मौत हो चुकी थी। घटना की सूचना पाकर पुलिस तत्काल मौके पर पहुंची और मृतक का शव कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भिजवाया। पुलिस के आलाधिकारी भी युवक की मौत को स्पष्ट नही कर पा रहे हैं कि युवक ने आत्महत्या की हैं या उसकी हत्या की गई हैं क्योकि युवक के शव के पास से कोई भी हथियार बरामद नही हुआ हैं।
