आयुष्मान भारत कार्यक्रम के तहत आयोजित एक समारोह में

एंकर - प्रदेश सरकार में परिसर में कल्याण मंत्री और सीतापुर जनपद की प्रभारी मंत्री श्रीमती रीता बहुगुणा जोशी ने आज सीतापुर के नवीन गल्ला मंडी परिसर में आयुष्मान भारत कार्यक्रम के तहत आयोजित एक समारोह में योजना के लाभार्थियों को प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा हस्ताचारित पत्रो का वितरण किया और इस कार्यक्रम के सुचारू संचालन में ग्राम प्रधानों के योगदान के दृश्टिगत आये हुए ग्राम प्रधानों का अभिनंदन किया इस मौके पर उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि आयुष्मान भारत योजना विश्व का सबसे विशाल स्वास्थ्य बीमा कार्यक्रम है जिसमे पूरे भारत के उन लोगों को निशुल्क स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान की जा रही हैं जो अपना समुचित इलाज कराने में सछम नही हैं उत्तर प्रदेश में 5 करोड़ परिवारों को इस योजना के तहत 5 लाख तक का इलाज मुफ्त उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है उन्होंने कहा कि आज वे प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की इस महत्वाकांछि योजना का शुभारंभ कर रहीं हैं जिसके तहत प्रधानमंत्री के हस्ताचार से युक्त एक पत्र लाभार्थियों को दिया जा रहा है इस पत्र में लिखे कोड को कंप्यूटर में डालने पर एक गोल्डन कार्ड निकलेगा जिसके आधार पर लाभार्थी परिवार जिसमें 5 व्यक्ति शामिल हो सकते है उनका 5 लाख तक का वार्षिक इलाज निर्धारित सरकारी अस्पताल, प्राइवेट नर्सिंग होम में बिना एक पैसा लिए किया जाएगा सीतापुर में साढ़े चार लाख परिवार योजना में चिनिहत किये गए हैं

    2018ന്റെ തുടക്കത്തില്‍ തന്നെ അത്യപൂര്‍വ്വ ദൃശ്യവിരുന്നൊരുക്കി ചന്ദ്രഗ്രഹണം .ജനുവരി 31 രാത്രി ചന്ദ്രന്‍ കടും ചുവപ്പ് നിറത്തിലാകും പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുക.പതിവില്‍ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി രക്തചന്ദ്രന്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്ന പ്രതിഭാസത്തെ ബ്ലഡ് മൂണ്‍ എന്നാണ് വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.സാധാരണ സംഭവിക്കുന്ന ഗ്രഹണം പോലെതന്നെയാണിത്.അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിന്റെ മലിന തോതാണ് ഈ നിറവ്യത്യാസത്തിന് കാരണമെന്ന് ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞര്‍ പറയുന്നു.ഇത് അത്ര നല്ല സൂചനയല്ല.സൂര്യോദയ-അസ്തമയ സമയത്ത് സൂര്യന്‍ ചുവന്ന നിറത്തിലാണ് കാണപ്പെടുന്നത്,ഇതേകാരണം തന്നെയാണ് ബ്ലഡ് മൂണ്‍ പ്രതിഭാസത്തിനും.1963ലും 1982ലും ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ ബ്ലഡ് മൂണ്‍ ദൃശ്യമായിട്ടുണ്ട്.പക്ഷെ 150 വര്‍ഷങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ശേഷമാണിത് അമേരിക്കയില്‍ ദൃശ്യമാകുന്നത്.ഇത്തവണ ബ്ലഡ്മൂണിനൊപ്പം സൂപ്പര്‍ മൂണും ഒരെ ദിനത്തില്‍ സംഭവിക്കുന്നു.ചന്ദ്രന് ഭൂമിയോടടുത്ത് വരുന്നതിനെയാണ് സൂപ്പര്മൂണെന്നുവിളിക്കുന്നത്.ചന്ദ്രവ്യതിയാനും കടല്‍ വേലിയേറ്റ-ഇറക്കവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.ഒരെ ദിവസം ബ്ലഡ് സൂപ്പര്‍ മൂണുകള്‍ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത് പ്രകൃതിക്ക് എന്ത് മാറ്റമുണ്ടാക്കുമെന്ന് ആശങ്ക ലോകത്തിനുണ്ട്‌
