    आज हम आपको जिला मुख्यालय से करीब 60 किलोमीटर दूर CHC छर्रा परिसर के बाहर बने बदबूदार नाले की सच्चाई से रूबरू कराने जा रहे हैं। जहां अस्पताल परिसर के बाहर बने नाले में इकट्ठा हो रही बदबू की वजह से अस्पताल में इलाज कराने के लिए पहुंचने वाले मरीजों को अस्पताल परिसर के बाहर नाले से फैल रही बदबू को सूंघकर ही अस्पताल की दहलीज पर अपने कदम रखते हुए उपचार के लिए जाना पड़ता है। वहीं CHC छर्रा पर तैनात प्रभारी डॉक्टर के द्वारा नगर पंचायत छर्रा ईओ सविता वर्मा से फोन पर दो से तीन बार शिकायत की गई अस्पताल परिसर के बाहर बने नाले के अंदर इकट्ठा हो रहे गंदगी और बदबूदार नाले की सफाई को लेकर फोन पर हुई बातचीत के बाद नाले की सफाई न होने के चलते सवालिया निशान खड़े किए। आरोप है कि उनके द्वारा अपनी सीएचसी पर हेल्प एटीएम इस्टैबलिश् किया हैं। जिसका इनॉग्रेशन उनके द्वारा डीएम से कराया जाएगा। डीएम के संभावित दौरे को देखते हुए उन्होंने ईओ को डीएम के संभावित दौरे को लेकर अवगत कराया और फोन पर नाले की सफाई को लेकर बातचीत की।बावजूद इसके EO द्वारा खाली आश्वासन दिया। नाले की सफाई नहीं कराई ओर नाला कूड़ा करकट और बदबूदार गंदगी से भरा पड़ा है। जबकि मरीजों को भी इस बदबूदार नाले के ऊपर से गुजरकर अस्पताल में उपचार कराने के लिए आना पड़ रहा है। जिस बदबू की वजह से अस्पताल के डॉ समेत मरीजों को भी नाले से फैल रही बदबू की वजह से सांस लेने में परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं।वहीं बावजूद इसके नगर पंचायत छर्रा ईओ के कानों पर जूं तक नहीं रेंग रही हैं,

    जबकि सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र छर्रा पर तैनात प्रभारी डॉ कुशल पाल सिंह के द्वारा अस्पताल के चारों तरफ इकट्ठा हो रहे कूड़ा करकट और गंदगी को लेकर कहा कि वह इस वक्त सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र छर्रा के प्रभारी हैं। उनके अस्पताल के बाहर बदबूदार कूड़े के ढेर लगे हुए हैं। तो वहीं अस्पताल परिसर के बाहर सड़क किनारे बना नाला बदबूदार कूड़े से भरा हुआ हैं। जिस नाले की सफाई उनके द्वारा चेयरमैन से कहकर एक बार कराई गई। लेकिन बावजूद इसके नाले की गंदगी ठीक से नहीं हो पाई। जिसके चलते उन्होंने नाले की सफाई को लेकर नगर पंचायत कार्यालय पर तैनात ईओ सविता वर्मा नाले में भरी गंदगी को साफ कराने को लेकर फोन पर शिकायत की गई। आ
