Rahul Gandhi, the Congress Vice President, is a strong leader who shows his courage to lead the party from the front. During the last Lok Sabha polls campaign too, he had led the Congress campaign though the party suffered set back. He always said "my aim is not to win polls, but to serve the people and to fight for their rights".

He had visited Bharatpur in Rajasthan where ten people from minority community were killed in the clash with the police. His recent visit to Muzaffarnagar alongwith PM and his mother Sonia Gandhi is known to all. All these interventions helped to bring a confidence among the people and gave them a hope that there is someone who stands with them and helps them in crisis.
