- 100 gram gula pasir / sesuai selera
- 1 batang kayu manis
- 4 cengkeh

Kulit Nastar :
-500 gram terigu
- 350 gram butter
- 85 gram gula halus
- 2 kuning telor

Olesan :
- 2 atau 3 kuning telur
- susu cair atau air optional
