[ Delhi एक साल की मासूम की बच्ची को जानवरों की तरह बांधकर दुष्कर्म

राजधानी में फिर एक नन्ही बच्ची के साथ दरिंदगी हुई है। बच्ची महज एक साल की है। अमन विहार में बीती रात उस मासूम बच्ची को जानवरों की तरह बांधकर दुष्कर्म किया गया है। बच्ची की तलाश करते परिजन जब आरोपी के ठिकाने पर पहुंचे तो मासूम की हालत देख सन्न रह गए। नन्ही बच्ची जो ठीक से बैठ नहीं पाती, दुष्कर्मी ने उसकी गर्दन और हाथ कपड़े से बंध रखे थे। उसके शरीर के निचले हिस्से पर कपड़े नहीं थे
