SC will protect our rights: LGBT activist

Hyderabad, Feb 2 (ANI): LGBT activist Vyjayanti Vasanta Mogli on Tuesday said their community believes that the apex court would defend and protect the Constitution and fundamental rights of all citizens, including them. The Supreme Court on Tuesday will hear a curative petition, in an open court sitting that was filed by gay rights activists challenging its verdict "criminalising homosexuality" in the country. The LGBT community has expressed hope that the Supreme Court would protect and legalise their sexual rights.
