मामला हमीरपुर के सिसोलर थाना क्षेत्र के भुलसी खदान का है जहाँ बालू से लदे ट्रक ने बाइक सवार पिता पुत्र को कुचल दिया पिता की मौके पर दर्दनाक मौत हो गयी वही पुत्र गंभीर रूप से हुआ घायल हो गया जिसे घायल अवस्था मे ग्रामीणों ने जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया जहाँ पुत्र की हालत गंभीर होने के कारण कानपुर रेफड़ किया गया ,दर्दनाक हादसे से गुस्साए ग्रामीणों ने ट्रक को किया आग के हवाले वही ट्राक ड्राइवर मौके से फरार हो गया ग्रामीणों ने खदान के ऑफिस में की तोड़फोड़ खनन माफियाओ ने की ग्रामीणों पर फायरिंग की गई जिससे ग्रामीणों में दहसत का माहौल छा गया ग्रामीणों ने शव को रोड पर रखकर जमकर प्रदर्शन किया घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर 5 थानों की फोर्स एक ट्रक पीएसी व जिले के आला अधिकारी के साथ पहुची कड़ी मसक्कत के बाद लोगो को समझाया गया लेकिन भुलसी गांव अपनी मांगों को लेकर अड़े रहे कि ओवरलोड ट्रकों से आयेदिन हादसे होते रहते है तो ओवरलोडिंग क्यो नही बन्द की जा रही उसके बाद भी प्रसासन ओवरलोडिंग पर लगाम नही लगा पा रहा जिसके चलते अक्सर यहाँ हादसे होते रहते है मृतक के चार बच्चे थे जिनके सर से पिता का साया उठ गया फिलहाल परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल हो गया है वही प्रसासन मृतक के परिवार को आर्थिक मदद दिलाने में लगा हुआ है और आरोपियों पर कार्यवाही जा आसवासन दिया गया जिसके बाद ग्रामीणों का गुस्सा शांत हुआ अब देखना ये होगा की जिला प्रशासन ओवरलोडिंग के खिलाफ व खनन माफियाओ पर क्या कार्यवाही करता है।
