कासगंज पुलिस अधीक्षक अशोक कुमार ने लुटेरे गिरोह के चार सदस्यों को गिरफ्तार कर खुलासा किया। यह लुटेरे सड़को पर लोहे का नुकीला पटटा डालकर वाहनो को पंक्चर कर सवारियों को लूट का शिकार बनाते थे। फिलहाल एसपी ने चारों को पूछतांछ के बाद जेल भेज दिया है।
