    *जांच दल पहुँचा झिरन्या।*

    *मजदूरी नही मिलने पर ग्रामीणों ने जताया आक्रोश।*

    खरगोन : मनरेगा योजना के जाबकार्डो में सिने तरीका दीपिका पादुकोण की फोटो का मामला प्रकाश में आने के बाद शुक्रवार को नगर व अंचल में चर्चाओं का बाजार सरगर्म रहा । कागज़ों में भले ही झिरन्या ब्लाक को प्रदेश में मजदूरी का भुगतान करने में पुरुस्कार मिला हो लेकिन धरातल पर आज भी कई पंचायतों में काम करने वाले मजदूरों को अपनी मजदूरी नही मिली मजदूरी के लिये पंचायतों ओर जनपदों में सेकड़ो चक्कर लगाने के बाद भी मजदूर हताश हो चुके थे । इसीलिये जांच दल के सामने मजदूरों और ग्रामीणों ने अपना गुस्सा जहिर किया । जिला सीईओ गौरव बैनल के निर्देश पर ग्राम पिपरखेड़ नाका पहुंचे जांच अधिकारियों ने पूरे मामले की विस्तृत पड़ताल की। जांच में स्पष्ट हुआ कि जाबकार्ड में हितग्राहियो की फोटो सही है। छेड़छाड़ कर नौ हितग्राहियो की फोटो के स्थान पर दीपिका की फोटो लगा दी गयी। जांच अधिकारी जिला मनरेगा प्रभारी श्याम रघुवंशी तथा आरईएस के कार्यपालन यंत्री मयंक तिवारी ने बताया कि जिन नौ हितग्राहियो के जाबकार्ड पर दीपिका पादुकोण की फोटो सम्बन्धी शिकायत की गयी थी। हमने सभी नौ हितग्राही उमराव पिता मेरचंद, मोनू पिता शिवशंकर, सोनू पिता शांतिलाल, मंगत पिता बाबूलाल, सूरज पिता रुखडीया, अनारसिंह पिता वेस्ता खुशल्या पिता हीरालाल, गोविन्द पिता डोंगरसिंह तथा पदम पिता रूपसिंह के जबकार्डो की जांच की। किन्तु किसी भी हितग्राही के जाबकार्ड में दीपिका पादुकोण की फोटो नही मिली। चूंकि प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत का आईडी पासवर्ड संबंधित रोजगार सहायक के पास होता है। पोर्टल पर सभी तरह के कार्य तथा अन्य विवरण अपडेट करने का काम भी वही करता है।
    उधर जांच के दौरान जावेद पिता शाबिर हुसैन, प्यारसिंह पिता मांगीलाल, जसवंत पिता चैना, विक्रम पिता दलसिंह एवं बलिराम पिता मेरचंद सहित अनेको ग्रामीण

    तहसील मोठ क्षेत्र का है। जहां बारिश के कारण सरकारी एवं गैर सरकारी कार्यालय विद्यालय सहित कई गांव के मकानों में पानी भर गया। और कई गांव में तो रास्तों पर बने बड़े नालों के पानी ओवर होने के कारण कई गांवों का संपर्क मार्ग टूट चुका है। जहां लोगों में बारिश के कारण काफी समस्याओं का सामना भी करना पड़ रहा है। वही तहसील क्षेत्र के भरोसा, गोपालपुरा, आमखेरा, परैछा, बम्हरौली, सहित कई गाँव पानी की चपेट में है और कई मकान बारिश के कारण ढह गये है। वहीं कई गरीबों के मकान ढह जाने के कारण खुले आसमान के नीचे रहने को मजबूर हैं।
    पानी की निकासी की समुचित व्यवस्था के लिए निर्देशित किया था। इन संबंधित विभागों की पोल झमाझम हुई बारिश ने खोलकर रख दी है। जिसको लेकर संबंधित विभागों ने नालों की सफाई के नाम पर कागजों में करोड़ों रुपए भी बहाए हैं। लेकिन हकीकत क्या है इससे हम आपको रूबरू कराते हैं। जैसा कि अन्य सरकारों में होता आया है। वैसा ही कर आज भी देखने को मिल रहा है। सिर्फ और सिर्फ कागजों में बारिश के पानी की निकासी के लिए करोड़ों रुपए की नालों की सफाई हुई है। लेकिन जब इसकी हकीकत जानने तहसील झाँसी, मोठ, गरौठा के कई क्षेत्र के हालात जाने तो हालात वहां के बद से बदतर नजर आए। जहां कई गांव बारिश के पानी की चपेट में है।
