On cam: GRP constable caught extorting money faces dismissal

In a video that has gone viral on social media, a Government Railway Police (GRP) constable is seen extorting money from people promising to provide seats in a train. The video taken by a fellow passenger was uploaded on a Whats App group having GRP officials as members.
