एक तरफ सरकार सबका साथ सबका विकास का दावा कर रही है, लेकिन बदायूं की तहसील बिसौली के ग्राम तारापुर में ऐसा मामला सामने आया जहां पर प्रधानमंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत किसी भी ग्रामीण को आवास योजना का लाभी नहीं मिला।
