નશામાં ધૂત અમદાવાદ પોલીસનો વીડિયો- નશામાં પોલીસના મોંઢે બોલાયેલું સત્ય સાંભાળો

ગુજરાતમાં દારૂબંધી કાગળ ઉપર જ રહી ગઈ છે તેવું બધા જ જાણે છે. ગુજરાતમાં દસમાંથી પાંચ માણસો રોજ દારૂ પીવે છે પણ જ્યારે કોઈ ખાખી વર્દીવાળો પોલીસ દારૂના નશામાં મળી આવે ત્યારે લોકોને જાણે બહુ મોટો મીર માર્યો હોય તેવું શુરાતન ચઢે છે. જો કે પ્રજાના આ ગુસ્સાનું કારણ પણ ખુદ પોલીસ છે. કારણ કે કોઈ સામાન્ય માણસ પણ દારૂ પીધેલો મળે ત્યારે પોલીસ માટે પણ તે ઘટના કોઈ ઉત્સવ કરતા ઓછી હોતી નથી. પોલીસને પીધેલો પકડાય એટલો પોતાનો દિવસ સુધરી જાય છે.

અમદાવાદના સેટેલાઈટ વિસ્તારમાં ટોઈંગવાનમાં ફરજ બજાવતો એક હેડ કોન્સ્ટેબલ રસ્તા ઉપર પાર્ક કરેલા વાહન ઉપાડવા ગયા ત્યારે કાયમ થાય છે તે પ્રમાણે વાહન ચાલકો અને પોલીસ વચ્ચે માથાકૂટ થઈ હતી. ત્યારે લોકોને ખ્યાલ આવ્યો કે પોલીવાળો દારૂ પીધેલો છે. એટલે લોકોનું ટોળું થઈ ગયું. લોકો પોલીસનો વીડિયો ઉતારવા લાગ્યા અને પોલીસવાળો મઝાક બની ગયો. લોકો પોતાના મોબાઇલ ફોન ઉપર વીડિયો ઉતારતા જાણે પોલીસનો ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ લઈ રહ્યા હોય તેમ પ્રશ્ન પૂછી રહ્યા હતા. અહિંયા વાત પોલીસે દારૂ કેમ પીધો તે પ્રશ્ન બહુ મહત્ત્વનો નથી પણ પોલીસને પૂછવામાં આવેલી રહેલા પ્રશ્નના ઉત્તરમાં પોલીસ જે જવાબ આપી રહ્યો છે, તેમાં એક પોલીસ તરીકેનો માનસિક તણાવ અને સિનિયર અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા વાહન ચાલકો પાસેથી દંડ વસુલ કરવાનો જે ટાર્ગેટ આપવામાં આવે છે, તેની વ્યથા પણ છે. પોલીસ નશામાં હોવા છતાં સામાન્ય માણસને આડેધડ ફટકારવામાં આવી રહેલા દંડની ચિંતા પણ છે. આપણે સ્માર્ટ સિટીના નામે ઠેર ઠેર CCTV કેમેરા લગાડી માત્ર વાહન ચાલકોને દંડ કરીએ છીએ પણ ખરા અર્થમાં સ્માર્ટ સિટી ત્યારે જ સાબિત થશે કે કેમેરા શ્રીમંત-ગરીબનો ભેદ જોયા વગર તમામ ગુનેગારો સાથે સરખો વ્યવહાર કરશે. કેમેરા માત્ર વાહન ચાલકોને દંડવા માટે નહીં પણ શહેરની સુખાકારી માટે ઉપયોગમાં લેવામાં આવશે ત્યારે તે સ્માર્ટ કહેવાશે.
