60 लाख की आबादी जिस स्वास्थ व्यवस्था के भरोसे टिका है वह स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था खुद अस्वस्थ है ,,हम बात पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के सादर अस्पताल की कर रहे है ,, जनता के गाढ़ी कमाई के करोड़ो रूपए से शिशु जीवन रक्षक वार्ड बनाया गया है जिसमे करोडो रूपए के इक्यूपमेंट लगाए गये है ,इस वार्ड को बनाने का मकसद है कि किसी भी गरीब का बच्चा इलाज के अभाव में मरे नहीं ,,पर वार्ड का हाल का पता तब चला जब एक गरीब अपने बच्चे को भर्ती कराने लाया ,, तब पता चला की पिछले पंद्रह दिनों से पूरा वार्ड का मशीन ख़राब है
