सामाजिक प्रबोधना नंतरही अजूनही समाजात एचआयव्ही बाधीतांना हीन वागणूक दिली जातेय. एक वेळ अशिक्षितांचं ठीक पण चक्क रुग्णांना जीवदान देणार्‍या औषध कंपन्याही असं वागत असल्यानं गंभीरवास्तव समोर आलंय . . सेंटॉर या औषध निर्माण कंपनीनं एचआयव्ही असल्यानं एका महिलेला नोकरीवरुन काढलं. माञ तीन वर्षांच्या न्यायालयीन लढाईत पिडीतेला न्याय मिळालाय. कामगार न्यायालयानं पिडितेला नुकसान भरपाई देऊन कामावर घेण्याचा आदेश दिलाय. जागतीक एड्स दिनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर न्यायालयानं एड्सग्रस्तांना हिन वागणूक देणार्‍यांना ही एक चपराक बसवलीय.
पिडीत महिलेला पतीकडून एचआयव्हीची लागण झाली होती. एड्सनं पतीचं निधन झाल्यावर न खचता तिनं पुन्हा उभारी घेतली. 2010 साली पिडीत महिला सेंटाॅर या फार्मा कंपनीत नोकरीला लागली. प्रॉडक्शनला ज्युनियर अॉपरेटर पदी रुजू झाली. पिडीतेनं पाच वर्षे कंपनीत चांगलं काम केलं. यावेळी पिडितेला एचआयव्हीची लागण झाल्याचं कंपनीच्या निदर्शनास आलं. त्यामुळं कंपनीनं एचआयव्हीग्रस्त असल्यानं नोकरीतून काढून टाकलं.
या पीडित महिलेनं न खचता कंपनीला न्यायालयात खेचलं. तीन वर्षांच्या न्यायालयीन लढाईत पिडीतेनं यश मिळवलं. कामगार न्यायालयानं पिडितेला नुकसान भरपाई देऊन आणि कामावर घेण्याचा आदेश दिलाय. या औषध निर्माण कंपनीची असंवेदनशीलता माणुसकीला काळिमा फासणारी आहे. त्यामुळं शिक्षणा बरोबरच माणसांना सुसंस्कृत करणं गरजेचं आहे.

Doctors report first cure of HIV in a child
For the first time, doctors are reporting that they have cured a child of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.
The landmark finding will help scientists better understand the nature of HIV, doctors say, and could potentially help countless HIV-positive babies in developing countries.
"I'm sort of holding my breath that this child's virus doesn't come back in the future," says Hannah Gay, an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, who treated the child, a 2½-year-old Mississippi girl. "I'm certainly very hopeful that it will produce studies that will show us a way to cure other babies in the future."
Experts note that the girl's story is also unique — involving a string of unusual events — and won't immediately lead to a cure for the 34 million people living with HIV worldwide.
The baby contracted HIV at birth, says study co-author Katherine Luzuriaga of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
The girl's mother tested positive for HIV when she arrived at the hospital to give birth, Gay says. But the mother hadn't had any prenatal care, including anti-HIV therapy. The baby was born too quickly for doctors to begin any therapy before delivery, as well.

पाकिस्तान में एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है. पाकिस्तान के लरकाना जिले के स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. अब्दुल रहमान ने बताया है कि 90 से ज्यादा लोग और करीब 65 बच्चे एचआईवी पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं. अधिकारियों ने 'जानबूझकर' एचआईवी फैलाने वाले एक डॉक्टर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है अधिकारी पहली बार तब अलर्ट हुए जब एक ही शहर में करीब 18 बच्चे एचआईवी पॉजिटिव पाए गए.

രക്തംസ്വീകരിച്ച ഗർഭിണിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി. ബാധിച്ച സംഭവത്തിൽ രക്തദാതാവായ കൗമാരക്കാരൻ ആത്മഹത്യയ്ക്ക് ശ്രമിച്ചതായി റിപ്പോർട്ട്.കുടുംബത്തിനുണ്ടായ നാണക്കേടിൽ മനംനൊന്താണ് ജീവനൊടുക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചത്.2016-ൽ ബന്ധുവിന്റെ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയയ്ക്കായാണ് ഇയാൾ രക്തം നൽകിയത്. അന്ന് അതുപയോഗിക്കാതെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെ രക്തബാങ്കിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇതാണ് രണ്ടുവർഷത്തിനുശേഷം ചികിത്സതേടിയെത്തിയ യുവതിക്ക് നൽകിയത്. തമിഴ്നാട് വിരുദുനഗറിലെ സർക്കാർ ആശുപത്രിയിൽനിന്നാണ് എട്ടുമാസം ഗർഭിണിയായ 24-കാരിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി. അണുബാധയുണ്ടായത്. കൃത്യമായി പരിശോധിക്കാതെ രക്തം നൽകിയ ലാബ് ജീവനക്കാരെ സസ്പെൻഡ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.സംഭവം വിവാദമായതോടെ വിരുദുനഗര് ജില്ലയിലെ മുഴുവന് രക്ത ബാങ്കുകളിലെയും രക്തവും പരിശോധിക്കാന് ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവിട്ടു. രക്ത ബാങ്ക് ജീവനക്കാരുടെ അനാസ്ഥകാരണമാണ് എട്ടുമാസം ഗര്ഭിണിയായ യുവതിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി രക്തം നല്കിയത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം മുപ്പതാം തിയ്യതി ശിവകാശി സര്ക്കാര് ആശുപത്രിയില് വച്ച് രക്തബാങ്കിലേക്കായി ഒരു യുവാവ് രക്തം ദാനം ചെയ്തു. ശിവകാശിയില് നിന്നും സാത്തൂര് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ലാബിലെത്തിച്ച രക്തം ഈ മാസം മൂന്നാം തിയതിയാണ് യുവതിക്ക് നല്കിയത്. എന്നാല് ജോലി ആവശ്യത്തിനായി യുവാവ് വീണ്ടും രക്തം പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോള് എച്ച്ഐവി അണുബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുയായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് സൂചന. പിന്നീട് നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ് യുവാവ് ദാനം ചെയ്ത രക്തം ഗര്ഭിണിക്ക് നല്കിയെന്ന് മനസിലായത്. യുവതിയെ വിരുദുനഗര് ആശുപത്രിയില് എത്തിച്ച് പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോള് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി പകര്ന്നതായി സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പരാതിയെ തുടര്ന്ന് പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഗര്ഭസ്ഥ ശിശുവിലേക്കും എച്ച്.ഐ.വി പകരാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള ചികിത്സ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ കുഞ്ഞ് ജനിച്ച് നാല്പ്പത്തിയഞ്ച് ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞ് മാത്രമേ ഇക്കാര്യം സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാനാവൂ എന്നാണ് ഡോക്ടര്മാര് പറയുന്നത്. സംഭവം അന്വേഷിക്കാന് സര്ക്കാര്. ഉന്നതാധികാര സമിതിയെ നിയോഗിച്ചു. എച്ച്.ഐ.വി ബാധയേറ്റ യുവതിക്കും ഭര്ത്താവിനും സര്ക്കാര് ജോലി നല്കുമെന്നും ചികിത്സയ്ക്കുള്ള പൂര്ണ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നല്കുമെന്നبذریعے News60 ML | 108 نظٓارہ

अहमदनगर शहरातील मार्केट यार्ड मध्ये मोकळा भूखंडावर अनधिकृत पणे बांधलेल्या गाड्यांमधून संचालक मंडळाने मोठ्या प्रमाणात अपहार केल्याचा दावा शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला होता त्या विषयावर त्यांनी आवाज उठवत न्यायालयामध्ये दाद मागितली त्यानंतर अनधिकृत असलेले गाळ्यांचे बांधकाम न्यायालयाने पाडण्याचा आदेश दिला...
परंतु दोन दिवसांपूर्वी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्या विरोधात फुलांच्या व्यापाऱ्यांनी एक आंदोलन केलं त्यामध्ये व्यापाऱ्यांनी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्यावर आरोप केला की ते आमचे गाळे पाडून आमच्या पोटावर मारत आहे परंतु यावर बोलताना शहर प्रमुख दिलीप सातपुते म्हणाले की माझे आणि व्यापाराचे कोणतेही भांडण नसून मी सदैव व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी आहे तसेच शिवसेना ही व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी खंबीरपणे उभे आहे माझे भांडण आहे ते मोकळा भूखंडावर बांधकाम करून कोट्यवधी रुपयांचा उपहार केलेल्या संचालक मंडळाबरोबर त्यामुळे व्यापाऱ्यांनी केलेले आरोप हे खोटे असून व्यापाऱ्यांवर दमबाजी झाल्याने व्यापाऱ्यांनी घाबरून हे आरोप माझ्यावर केले आहेत असा आरोप शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला
