    आजमगढ़ में जनपद स्तरीय रबी उत्पादकता गोष्ठी (2022-23) एवं सबमिशन ऑन एग्रीकल्चर एक्सटेंशन (आत्मा) योजनान्तर्गत कृषि भवन परिसर, सिधारी आजमगढ़ में कृषि विभाग द्वारा आयोजित जनपद स्तरीय किसान मेला/प्रदर्शनी का जिलाधिकारी श्री विशाल भारद्वाज ने फीता काटकर एवं दीप प्रज्ज्वलन कर शुभारम्भ किया। जिलाधिकारी ने अपने सम्बोधन में उपस्थित प्रगतिशील कृषक एवं दूर-दराज से आये किसानों को बताया कि आर्गेनिक खेती पर जोर दिया जाये, ताकि कम लागत में उत्पादकता बढ़ाते हुए आमदनी को बढ़ाया जा सके। उन्होने कहा कि अभी हमारे प्रदेश में कृषि उत्पादकता का दर पिछड़ा है, वहीं हरियाणा एवं पंजाब की उत्पादकता अत्यधिक है। हमें भी अपनी उत्पादकता बढ़ाने हेतु गो-पालन,मत्स्य पालन, फूलां की खेती, मधुमक्खी पालन आदि में वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा दी गयी विधि को अपनाते हुए उन्नतशील खेती को बढ़ावा दिया जाये। इस अवसर पर विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाये गये स्टॉल/प्रदर्शनी का भी जिलाधिकारी ने अवलोकन किया। जिसमें मुख्य रूप से गन्ना विभाग, उद्यान विभाग, कृषि विभाग, पशुपालन विभाग, राजकीय कृषि रक्षा इकाई की प्रदर्शनी आकर्षण का केन्द्र रहा। इससे पूर्व कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र कोटवां के वैज्ञानिक डॉ0 अर्चना, डॉ0 आरके सिंह, डॉ0 विनय कुमार मिश्र द्वारा तकनीकी सत्र के अन्तर्गत विस्तार से फसल की बुवाई विशेष रूप से दलहन, तिलहन की खेती पर बिन्दुवार जानकारी दी। इसी के साथ ही उप कृषि निदेशक श्री मुकेश कुमार ने बताया कि बीज वितरण के अन्तर्गत सभी ब्लाकों के माध्यम से 50 प्रतिशत अनुदान पर किसानों को बीज उपलब्ध कराया गया है तथा खाद भी पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध है। उन्होने किसानों से अपील किया कि प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना में यथाशीघ्र अपना बीमा करा लें, अन्यथा 31 दिसम्बर 2022 को बीमा की तिथि समाप्त हो जाने के पश्चात बीमा कराया जाना सम्भव नही होगा। उन्होने यह भी कहा कि जिन किसानों को बीमा नही कराना है और वे केसीसी लिये हैं, तो उन्हें 24 दिसम्बर 2022 तक लिखित रूप में बैंकों को अवगत कराना होगा। मुख्य अतिथि श्री ध्रुव कुमार सिंह, जिलाध्यक्ष ने भी गोष्ठी को सम्बोधित करते हुए विस्तार से जानकारी दी। प्रगतीशील कृषक महेन्द्र सिंह ने जीरो बजट खेती पर जोर दिया तथा अपने अनुभव एवं फार्म के संचालन के विषय में वि
