देशभरात औषधांची ऑनलाईन विक्रीवर बंदी , दिल्ली हायकोर्टाने दिला आदेश

दिल्ली हायकोर्टाच्या आदेशानुसार देशभरात औषधांची ऑनलाईन विक्री करता येणार नाही तसेच केंद्र सरकारला या निकालाची तातडीने अंमलबजावणी करण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत.

डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्याशिवाय ऑनलाईन औषधांची विक्री होत असल्यामुळे यामुळे रुग्णांच्या जीविताला धोका निर्माण होऊ शकतो अशी माहिती देण्यात आली आहे. याआधी मद्रास हायकोर्टानेसुद्धा औषधांच्या ऑनलाईन विक्रीवर तमिळनाडूमध्ये बंदी घातली होती. याबदल नगरमधील केमिस्ट असोसियेशनचे अध्यक्ष दत्ता गाडळकर यांनी या निर्णयाच स्वागत केल असून या निर्णयाची महाराष्ट्र शासनाने देखील अंमलबजावणी करावी अशी मागणी यावेळी करण्यात आली आहे.
