बिलासपुर में स्वतन्त्रत्ता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में समाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री डॉ राजीव शैजल ने जिलास्तरीय समारोह में बतौर मुख्यतिथी शिरकत की। स्वतन्त्रत्ता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में जब मंत्री डॉ राजीव शैजल ध्वजारोहण करने लगे तो उस दौरान तकनीकी समस्या के कारण ध्वज नहीं खुल पाया मगर राष्ट्रीय गान के दौरान अनभिग्यता के कारण बंद झंडे को मंत्री डॉ राजीव शैजल सलामी देते रहे हालांकि आनन -फानन में वहां पर तैनात मार्शल ने ध्वज को नीचे उतार कर ध्वज को खोला उसके उपरान्त तिरंगा फहराया मगर तब तक राष्ट्रीय गान की धुन्न नियमानुसार पूर्ण हो चुकी थी।Watch ध्वजारोहण के दौरान तकनीकी समस्या के कारण नहीं खुला पाया तिरंगा With HD Quality
