વડગામની કેસરબા જાડેજા હાઈસ્કૂલમાં વિદ્યાર્થીને શિક્ષકે સ્ટમ્પથી ફટકાર્યો
વડગામમાં વિદ્યાર્થીને શિક્ષકે સ્ટમ્પ વડે ફટકાર્યો હોવાની ઘટના સામે આવી છે. આ સમગ્ર પ્રકરણમાં ઈજાગ્રસ્ત વિદ્યાર્થીને સારવાર અર્થે પાલનપુર સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં ખસેડાયો હતો. પાલનપુરનો હિમાંશુ દિનેશભાઈ સેંગલ નામનો વિદ્યાર્થી વડગામની કેસરબા જાડેજા હાઈસ્કૂલમાં ધોરણ-12મા અભ્યાસ કરે છે. આ વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રશ્નનો જવાબ બરાબર ન આવડતા શિક્ષકે ફટકાર્યો હોવાની ઘટના પ્રકાશમાં આવી છે. શિક્ષકે પગ પર સ્ટમ્પ ફટકારતા વિદ્યાર્થીને ઈજા થઈ હતી. ત્યારે ઈજાગ્રસ્ત વિદ્યાર્થીને સારવાર માટે પાલનપુર સિવિલમાં ખસેડાયો હતો. દરમિયાન, વાલીએ કસૂરવાર શિક્ષક સામે પગલા ભરવાની માગ કરી હતી.
રાઈટ ટુ એજ્યુકેશન એક્ટ મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને કોઈપણ ભૂલ બદલ શિક્ષક માર મારવાની સજા કરી શકતો નથી. તેમ છતા અવારનવાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માર મારવાની ઘટનાઓ સામે આવતી હોય છે. ત્યારે વડગામમાં સામે આવેલી આ ઘટનાના આગામી દિવસોમાં ઘેરા પ્રત્યાઘાત પડે તેવી શક્યતા વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી રહી છે.
