राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने एक बार फिर से ट्रिपल तलाक अध्यादेश बिल को मंजूरी दे दी है। इससे पहले केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने एक बार में तीन तलाक को अपराध घोषित किए जाने से संबंधित इस अध्यादेश को फिर से जारी करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी थी।पहला अध्यादेश पिछले साल सितंबर में जारी किया गया था
