    अगर लोगों को कुछ करने का जज्बा और जुनून हो तो ना होने वाली कोशिश कड़ी मेहनत और सामूहिक सहयोग से हो जाती है. बस एक ऐसा ही प्रयास गुरूर ब्लाक के ग्राम पंचायत भेजा मैदानी के सरपंच एवं ग्रामीण ने कर दिखाया. यहां बंजर जमीन पर अब पेड़-पौधे की हरियाली चारो ओर लहलहा रहे है. मात्र 5 माह की मेहनत में ही पौधों ने विकास करना प्रारंभ कर दिया है. यह तब हुआ जब गाँव मे नरेगा का कार्य चला. ग्रामीणों को रोजगार मिली ग्राम पंचायत भेजा को लहलहाते हरियाली. ग्राम पंचायत भेजा मे मनरेगा के तहत ढाई एकड़ जमीन में अगस्त 2017 में पौधारोपण किया गया था . एवं जहां फल और सब्जी लगाया गया था बता दे कि यह भूमि कड़ी मुरूम एवं दिमक से भरी हुई थी. जहां पौधों को जीवित रखना ही बहुत बड़ी चुनौती थी. लेकिन पंचायत ने इस चुनौती को स्वीकार कर ढाई एकड़ में आम जाम, आंवला ,कठार ,चीकू ,नींबू, और अनेक 50 प्रजाति के फलदार पौधे लगाएं है. कई पौधे 5 फीट से ऊपर हो चुके हैं कुछ में तो फल भी आने लगे हैं. ग्राम पंचायत में रोजगार सहायक का पद रिक्त था जिसे पंचायत के पंच कृष्ण मुरारी यादव ने रोजगार सहायक का पूरा दायित्व बहुत ही निष्ठा से संभाला . जहां पौधारोपण हुआ है वहां तकनीकी कारणों से पानी की व्यवस्था पहले किया गया. ग्रामीण दूर से पानी लाकर कंधों और सब्जी के फसल को पानी देता था. इसके बाद चूहो से बचाने मे ग्रामीणों को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा. लेकिन ग्रामीणों ने हार नहीं मानी और साइकिल कंधों पर पानी धोकर पौधों को सूखने से बचाया. और यहा हॉट चबूतरा का भी निर्माण कराया है जहां अंग अचूक बैठकर जंगल सफारी जैसा आनंद महसूस कर सकते हैं. प्रवेश द्वार को भी आकर्षण तरीके से फलदार पौधे वह फूलों से लाइनिंग की गई है.
