    हाई कोर्ट का आदेश, अवैध निर्माण की शिकायत करने वालों के घरों की भी होगी जांच उनके खुद के घर वैध या अवैध।

    कुछ लोग जान जोखिम में डालकर बिल्डरों और ठेकेदारों की शिकायत करते हैं तो कुछ लोग RTI लगाकर या शिकायते करके अवैध वसूली तक करते हैं । बुराड़ी एरिया में भी पिछले दिनों कई शिकायतों के बाद डेमोलेशन जारी है। अब कालोनियों से इन बिल्डरों की शायद ही कोई शिकायत करेगा क्योकि कॉलोनियां इस एरिया के सभी अवैध है। अब अफसर रकम लेकर रोकेंगे नही शिकायत कोई इस डर से करेगा नही कही उसकी भी जांच न हो जाये अब क्या फिर से अवैध निर्माण जोर शोर से शुरू होंगे। फिलहाल तो मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी का मुद्दा गर्म है अभी तो लगता है ऐसा सम्भव नही।
    अब अक्सर कुछ लोग दुर्भावना या किसी और वजह से किसी भी तरह के निर्माणों की शिकायत कर रहे हैं, वे अलर्ट हो जाएं। ऐसा इसलिए कि जिन कथित अवैध निर्माणों की उन्होंने शिकायत की है, उन पर ऐक्शन के साथ-साथ खुद शिकायती के मकानों की भी जांच होगी। यदि वे अवैध मिले तो उन पर भी कार्रवाई होगी। यह आदेश दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने ईस्ट और नॉर्थ एमसीडी अफसरों को दिया है।
    मंडावली के फजलपुर एरिया में रहने वाले एक शख्स ने याचिका दी थी कि पहाड़गंज में 13 प्रॉपर्टी अवैध हैं।
