यूपी के रामपुर में बाइक चोरो के ग्रहों ने ज़िले में अपने पैर पसार लिए है दिन ब दिन लोगो की बाइक चोरी हो रही है और रामपुर पुलिस खामोश बैठी है। बाइक चोरी की वारदात में इज़ाफ़ा होता जा रहा है। बाइक चोरी कर बड़ी ही आसानी से चोर बाइक लेकर निकल जाते है। और पुलिस पीड़ित की रिपोर्ट तक दर्ज नही कर रही है। 3 दिन पहले नदीम नाम के व्यक्ति की इस्पेल्डर मोटर बाइक कुमार कोचिंग से चोरी होती है घटना सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद भी होती है पर पुलिस कार्यवाही तो दूर अभी तक रिपोर्ट तक दर्ज नही की है यह हाल है रामपुर ज़िले की पुलिस के कैसे लोग भरोसा करें रामपुर पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर।
