उच्चतम न्यायालय ने राफेल विमान सौदा मामले की अदालत की निगरानी में विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) से जांच कराये जाने संबंधी विभिन्न याचिकाओं पर बुधवार को फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया। मुख्य न्यायाधीश रंजन गोगोई, न्यायमूर्ति संजय किशन कौल और न्यायमूर्ति के एम जोसेफ की पीठ ने विभिन्न पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद फैसला सुरक्षित रखा। इससे पहले न्यायालय ने स्पष्ट किया कि लड़ाकू विमान की कीमतों के बारे में अदालत में बहस का तब तक सवाल नहीं उठता जब तक इस बात का निर्णय न हो जाये कि कीमत की जानकारी सार्वजनिक की जा सकती है या नहीं।

    സി.പി.എം ഉള്‍പ്പടെയുള്ള 5 ദേശീയപാര്‍ട്ടികളുടെ വരുമാനം 299.54 കോടി. പാര്‍ട്ടികള്‍ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു കമ്മീഷനു സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച കണക്കിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യമുള്ളത്. ഇതില്‍ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ വരുമാനം ബി.എസ്.പിക്ക് 173.58 കോടി. അഞ്ച് പാര്‍ട്ടികളുടെയും ആകെ വരുമാനത്തിന്റെ 57.95 ശതമാനം. രണ്ടാമത് സി.പി.എമ്മാണ് 100.26 കോടി രൂപ. എല്ലാ പാര്‍ട്ടികളുടെയും വരുമാനത്തിന്റെ 33.46 ശതമാനം വരുമിത്. എന്‍.സി.പി (17.235 കോടി), തൃണമൂല്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് (6.39 കോടി). 2.079 കോടി രൂപ മാത്രം വരുമാനമുള്ള സി.പി.ഐയാണ് പിന്നില്‍. മൊത്തം വരുമാനത്തിന്റെ 0.69 ശതമാനം മാത്രം.എന്നാല്‍ മുഖ്യ ദേശീയ പാര്‍ട്ടികളായ ബി.ജെ.പിയും കോണ്‍ഗ്രസും ഇതുവരെ കണക്കുകള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കാന്‍ തയ്യാറായിട്ടില്ല.
