- खनिज विभाग की निदेशक ने गुरुवार रात और शुक्रवार की सुबह की छापामारी
- जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक समेत फोर्स साथ में रही मौजूद
- ओवरलोडिंग में 183 वाहनों का किया गया चालान, मची अफरा-तफरी
- खदानों में नदी के बीच से निकाली जा रही थी बालू, मानकों को किया जा रहा था बायकाट
बांदा। पट्टे की आड़ में बालू कारोबारी सरपट्टा खनन करने पर आमादा हैं। इस बात का खुलासा तब हुआ जब सूबे के निदेशक भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म डा. रोशन जैकब ने अचानक बालू खदानों में छापा मार दिया। नदी के बीच से बालू निकाले जाते देखकर निदेशक का पारा चढ़ गया। उन्होंने जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को कड़ी फटकार लगाई। ओवरलोड तकरीबन डेढ़ सैकड़ा वाहनों का चालान किया गया। छापामारी के दौरान एनजीटी के मानकों की घोर लापरवाही पाई गई।
जिले की बालू खदानों में हो रहे खनन का जायजा लेने के लिए शासन स्तर से भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म विभाग की निदेशक डा. रोशन जैकब गुरुवार की शाम को मुख्यालय आ गईं। मुख्यालय आने के साथ ही उन्होंने ओवरलोड वाहनों पर अपनी निगाह टेढ़ी कर दी। जिलाधिकारी हीरालाल और पुलिस अधीक्षक गणेश साहा के अलावा पुलिस फोर्स के साथ डा. जैकब ने ओवरलोड तकरीबन 183 वाहनों का तड़ातड़ चालान करवा दिया। इसके अलावा ओवरलोडिंग पर पैदल चलकर निगेहबानी की। शुक्रवार की सुबह डा. जैकब पुलिस और प्रशासनिक अमले के साथ अचानक पैलानी स्थित सांड़ीखाद बालू खदान जा पहुची, वहां पर गाटा ांख्या 4 रकबा 13.00 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में स्वीकृत पांच वर्षीय खनन पट्टा जो चैधरी ईंट उद्योग के नाम से है, का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण में पाया गया कि पटृटाधारक द्वारा अपने स्वीकृत क्षेत्र से अधिक का खनन किया जा रहा है। इस खनन क्षेत्र में हुए खन नकी माप सर्वेक्षक द्वारा करवाकर ईएमएम-11 में उल्लिखित मात्रा से अधिक परिवहन की गई मात्रा पर रायल्टी एवं रायल्टी का पांच गुना खनिज मूल्य की वसूली किए जाने की बात कही गई। निरीक्षण के दोराना पाया गया कि पट्टाधारक द्वारा खनन ोत्र में सीसीटीवी कैमरा नहीं लगाया था। मूल्य प्रदर्शित किए जाने वाला बोर्ड भी नहीं मिला। निदेशक ने निर्देशिता किया कि देय शमन की धनराशि जमा न करने तक खनन और परिवहन कार्य प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। यदि इनके द्वारा शमन कीଏହି ଭାବରେ UP TAAZA NEWS | 1763 ଦୃଶ୍ୟସଂଖ୍ୟା
