सोलन जिला की नौणी पंचायत जहां स्वच्छता के मामले मे अन्य पंचायतों के लिए मिसाल बनी हुई वहीं अब पंचायत ने सक्रेप से भ्ज्ञी आय कमाना आरंभ कर दिया है। दरअसल पंचायत मे एक कूड़ा संयत्र बनाया गया है जहां पर लोगों द्वारा घर से निकला कूड़ा करकट लाया जाता है । यहां लाए गए कचरे को अलग अलग किया जाता है जिसमे से दोबारा उपयोग होन वाले सक्रेप जैसे प्लास्टीक कांच गत्ता कागज आदि को अलग अलग कर रिसाईकलींग के लिए कई अलग अलग स्थानों पर भेजा जाता है।
