    Three day Workshop/Event  aimed at Implementation of Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and thier Rehabilitation Act 2013 today began at Central Office Srinagar Municipal Karan Nagar. Chairman National Commission for Safai KaramCharis, Government of India Mr Manhar Valji bhai Zala who was accompanied by  Secretary of  National Commission for Safai Karamcharis, Principal Private Secretary Mr Mahindar Prasad, Consultant  Puran Singh was Chief Guest on this occassion.
