    Police have registered a case against the officials of an immigration firm at Phase 3B2, Mohali on charges of cheating and forgery. Amanjot Kaur, a resident of Kurali, told the police that she had contacted Vinay Hari immigration consultant for study visa for Canada. The firm betrayed her, so her application was rejected by the Canadian High Commission, she added. According to Amanjot, the company applied visa with wrong papers, which resulted in the cancellation of visa. The police has registered the case against Vinay Hari and another staff employee under the Section 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code in the Mataur police station.
