आज नोटबंदी का 11वां दिन है..लेकिन आज आप अपने ही बैंक में पैसा बदलवा सकते हैं... दूसरे बैंकों के ग्राहक पुराने 500 और 1,000 के नोटों को नहीं बदलवा सकेंगे. हालांकि, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को किसी भी बैंक से नोट बदलवाने की छूट दी गई है... इंडियन बैंक एसोसिएशन ने शुक्रवार को इसकी घोषणा की थी..दरअसल पिछले दिनों बुजुर्गों के लाइन में खड़े होने को लेकर लगातार सवाल उठ रहे थे.. लंबी कतारें होने की वजह से बुजुर्गों को नोट बदलने में दिक्कतें आ रही थीं. हालांकि सरकार ने बैंकों को सीनियर सिटीजंस के लिए अलग से लाइन की व्यवस्था कराने का आदेश दिया था...लेकिन बावजूद इसके वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था...इसी को देखते हुए आज एक दिन के लिए ये फैसला लिया गया है...सोमवार से फिर सभी बैंकों से नोट बदलने की व्यवस्था शुरू कर दी जाएगी... दूसरी तरफ जहां विपक्ष सरकार के फैसले से नाराज है तो वहीं समाजसेवी अन्ना हजारे ने इस फैसले की सराहना की है...उन्होंने कहा कि ये अच्छा कदम है. इससे पूरी तरह से कालाधन खत्म नहीं होगा, लेकिन निश्चित रूप से कुछ हद तक लगाम लगेगी. अभी लोगों को परेशानी हो रही है, लेकिन भविष्य में इसका असर दिखाई देगा.

    - संसद में आज तीसरे दिन भी नोटबंदी पर संग्राम जारी रहा...जिसके चलतें दोनों सदनों में भारी हंगामा हुआ...शोरगुल के चलते राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही को बार-बार स्थगित करना पड़ा. वहीं लोकसभा में जोरदार नारेबाजी को देखते हुए कार्यवाही को पूरे दिन के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया. जैसे ही प्रश्नकाल की प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई, लोकसभा में कांग्रेस के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने नोटबंदी पर नियम 56 के तहत चर्चा की मांग की, जिसमें वोटिंग का प्रावधान है. खड़गे ने कहा, “नोटबंदी से लोग परेशान हैं. हमने स्थगन के लिए नोटिस दिया है. इसे स्वीकार करें और नियम 56 के तहत चर्चा शुरू कराएं. वहीं वेंकैया नायडू ने कहा कि जब हम चर्चा के लिए तैयार हैं तो विपक्ष हंगामा क्यों कर रहा है. कांग्रेस इस मुद्दे से ध्यान भटका रही है और चर्चा से भाग रही है. विपक्ष समझ गया है कि जनमानस उनके खिलाफ है...यहां विपक्ष की मांग है कि पीएम मोदी की मौजूदगी में सदन में चर्चा कराई जाए..वहीं राज्यसभा में बीजेपी, कांग्रेस सांसद गुलाम नबी आजाद से माफी की मांग को लेकर हंगामा करती रही... दरअसल, गुरुवार को गुलाम नबी आजाद ने नोटबंदी के चलते मरने वालों लोगों और शहीदों की तुलना की थी...जिसपर सरकार ने कड़ी आपत्ति जताई थी,,और इस बयान कार्यवाही के रिकॉर्ड से हटा दिया गया. हालांकि माफी की मांग को खारिज करते हुए आजाद ने कहा कि देश को अव्यवस्था की कगार तक लाने के लिए बीजेपी को लोगों से माफी मांगनी चाहिए...वहीं आज़ाद के बयान के खिलाफ बीजेपी कार्य़कर्ता सड़क पर उतरे और उनके खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाज़ी की।
