नोटबंदी पर संसद में हंगामे का दौर जारी है...आज भी संसद की कार्यवाही स्थगित कर दी गई...वहीं अब विपक्ष संसद में पीएम की गैरमौजूदगी को लेकर मुखर है..इनकी मांग है कि पीएम की उपस्थिति में नोटबंदी पर बहस की जाए....संसद में आज क्या-क्या हुआ, ये जानने के लिए देखते है. पीएम की गैरमौजूदगी के चलते आज पांचवे दिन भी संसद ठप्प....पीएम की मौजूदी में बहस पर अड़ा विपक्ष...संसद में पीएम नहीं..तो बहस नहीं...ऐसे में कहां हैं पीएम मोदी...संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र शुरू हुए पांच दिन बीत चुके हैं, लेकिन नोटबंदी पर विपक्ष के हंगामे के चलते आज भी संसद के दोनों सदनों की कार्यवाही हंगामे की भेट चढ़ गई...लोकसभा में आज भी सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू होते ही विपक्ष ने सरकार के नोटबंदी के फैसले के खिलाफ हंगामा शुरू कर दिया है,,, कांग्रेस, तृणमूल कांग्रेस, वाम दल के सदस्य पिछले दिनों की तरह वेल में उतर आए...और सरकार के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाज़ी की...इनकी मांग है कि पीएम मोदी की मौजूदी में मतविभाजन वाले नियम 56 के तहत तत्काल चर्चा कराई जाए..तो वहीं राज्यसभा में भी सदन में पीएम की गैरमौजूदगी को लेकर विपक्ष ने हंगामा खड़ा कर दिया है...जहां एसपी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव नरेश अग्रवाल ने पीएम को आड़े हाथ लेते हुए कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री की संसद में गैरमौजूदगी उनकी तानाशाही को दर्शाता है. वहीं राज्यसभा में विपक्ष के नेता गुलाम नबी आजाद ने सरकार पर वार करते हुए कहा कि पीएम को सदन में बुलाना राष्ट्र विरोधी नहीं है

    - संसद में आज तीसरे दिन भी नोटबंदी पर संग्राम जारी रहा...जिसके चलतें दोनों सदनों में भारी हंगामा हुआ...शोरगुल के चलते राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही को बार-बार स्थगित करना पड़ा. वहीं लोकसभा में जोरदार नारेबाजी को देखते हुए कार्यवाही को पूरे दिन के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया. जैसे ही प्रश्नकाल की प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई, लोकसभा में कांग्रेस के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने नोटबंदी पर नियम 56 के तहत चर्चा की मांग की, जिसमें वोटिंग का प्रावधान है. खड़गे ने कहा, “नोटबंदी से लोग परेशान हैं. हमने स्थगन के लिए नोटिस दिया है. इसे स्वीकार करें और नियम 56 के तहत चर्चा शुरू कराएं. वहीं वेंकैया नायडू ने कहा कि जब हम चर्चा के लिए तैयार हैं तो विपक्ष हंगामा क्यों कर रहा है. कांग्रेस इस मुद्दे से ध्यान भटका रही है और चर्चा से भाग रही है. विपक्ष समझ गया है कि जनमानस उनके खिलाफ है...यहां विपक्ष की मांग है कि पीएम मोदी की मौजूदगी में सदन में चर्चा कराई जाए..वहीं राज्यसभा में बीजेपी, कांग्रेस सांसद गुलाम नबी आजाद से माफी की मांग को लेकर हंगामा करती रही... दरअसल, गुरुवार को गुलाम नबी आजाद ने नोटबंदी के चलते मरने वालों लोगों और शहीदों की तुलना की थी...जिसपर सरकार ने कड़ी आपत्ति जताई थी,,और इस बयान कार्यवाही के रिकॉर्ड से हटा दिया गया. हालांकि माफी की मांग को खारिज करते हुए आजाद ने कहा कि देश को अव्यवस्था की कगार तक लाने के लिए बीजेपी को लोगों से माफी मांगनी चाहिए...वहीं आज़ाद के बयान के खिलाफ बीजेपी कार्य़कर्ता सड़क पर उतरे और उनके खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाज़ी की।
