नोटबंदी की मारामारी के बीच अब लोगों के लिए एक ओर परेशान करने वाली खबर आई है... पेट्रोल पंप और एयर टिकट पर 15 दिसंबर तक चलने वाले पुराने 500 के नोट अब 2 दिसंबर तक ही मान्य होंगे। पीटीआई के अनुसार पुराने नोट इन जगहों पर शुक्रवार तक ही इस्तेमाल किए जा सकेंगे..इससे पहले सरकार ने इन्हें 15 दिसबंर तक के लिए मान्य किया था. वित्त मंत्रायल का मानना है कि कई जगहों पर पेट्रोल पंप वाले कमिशन लेकर पुराने नोट बदलने का काम कर रहे हैं. क्योंकि पेट्रोल पंप को ऑयल कंपनी को पैसा चैक से देना होता है. ऐसे में जब पेट्रोल पंप पर पांच सौ के पुराने नोट आते हैं तो वह उन्हें बैंक में जमा कर देते हैं और नए नोटों को कमीशन लेकर बदलने के काम में लगा देते हैं. कई जगहों पर पेट्रोल पंप वाले 30-35 फीसदी कमीशन ले रहे हैं. वहीं फ्री टोल सेवा की लिमिट भी कल खत्म हो रही है

    अगर आप के पास 500 के पुराने नोट हैं, तो आप आज रात 12 बजे तक ही उसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं..क्योंकि आज रात के बाद ,यानी 15 दिसंबर के बाद यह नोट कहीं नहीं चलेंगे.. सिर्फ बैंको में ही आप इन नोटों को जमा करा पाएंगे..
    तो आपके पास सिर्फ आज का ही दिन है कि आप 500 रुपये के पुराने नोट को दवा की दुकानों और बिजली बिल, पानी बिल आदि सेवाओं के भुगतान में इस्तेमाल कर सकते है..लेकिन आधी रात के बाद ये रियायत खत्म हो जाएगी... सरकार ने पहले ही रेलवे, विमान टिकटों, पेट्रोल पंपों, टोल प्लाजा और मेट्रो सेवाओं पर 500 रुपये के पुराने नोटों के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगा दी है...मालूम हो कि 1000 रुपए के पुराने नोट 24 नवंबर की आधी रात से ही चलने बंद हो गए थे..जिसके बाद सरकार ने धीरे-धीरे 500 के पुराने नोट पर भी रोक लगानी शुरू दी..और अब आज के बाद ये नोट पूरी तरह चलन से बाहर हो जाएंगे..लेकिन यहां आपको घबराने की ज़रूरत नहीं है क्योंकि आप इन नोटों को 30 दिसंबर तक अपने बैंक खाते में जमा करवा सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही रिजर्व बैंक के जरिए 500 के पुराने नोट अगले साल 31 मार्च तक बदले जा सकेंगे।

    लोगों को राहत देते हुए पेट्रोल पंप एसोसिएशन ने अब डेबिट-क्रेडिट कार्ड से पेमेंट न लेने के अपने फैसले को फिलहाल टाल दिया है। अब 13 जनवरी तक लोग कार्ड से पेमेंट कर सकेंगे। इससे पहले पेट्रोल पंप एसोसिएशन ने डेबिट या क्रेडिट कार्ड के जरिए पेमेंट लेने से इनकार कर दिया था। एसोसिएशन ने यह निर्णय लेन-देन पर बैंकों द्वारा एक प्रतिशत चार्ज लगाने की वजह से लिया था। नकदी रहित लेनदेन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार ने उपभोक्ताओं के लिए ईंधन की खरीद पर मर्चेंट डिस्काउंट रेट यानि एमडीआर खत्म कर दिया था लेकिन 50 दिन की छूट की अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद बैंकों ने पेट्रोल पंप मालिकों पर एमडीआर लगाने का निर्णय किया है. इससे पहले, ऑल इंडिया पेट्रोलियम डीलर्स एसोसिएशन ने केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली को पत्र लिखकर कहा था कि "एचडीएफसी और अन्य बैंक" अतिरिक्त शुल्क वसूल रहे हैं.
