    राज्य स्तरीय शिवरात्रि महोत्सव के समापन  अवसर पर पधारे प्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री विपिन सिंह परमार ने कहा कि बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ के स्लोगन को आज हमें हकीकत में बदलना है क्योंकि एक बेटी ही समाज में उजाला और प्रकाश फैलाती है आज देश में महिलाओं की घटती संख्या भारी चिंता का विषय है स्वास्थ्य मंत्री शुक्रवार को बैजनाथ में राज्य स्तरीय शिवरात्रि महोत्सव के समापन समारोह में बोल रहे थे उन्होंने कहा कि आज पुरुषों के मुकाबले देश में महिलाओं की संख्या कम होती जा रही है यह घटता लिंगानुपात भारी चिंता का विषय है
