। हमीरपुर जनपद के गोहांड कस्बे में एक दामाद ने अपने ससुर को निर्दयता पूर्वक पीटा जिससे वह लहूलुहान हो गया. जानकारी के अनुसार शिवशरण गुप्ता निवासी गोहांड व हाल मुकाम राठ को उसके दामाद नरेश निवासी बीरा ने लाठी डंडे से मारपीट कर अधमरा कर दिया। पीड़ित गुप्ता की पुत्री आकांक्षा ने बताया कि उसके पिता लोडर गाड़ी पर गोहांड से राठ आ रहे थे। तभी जीजा नरेश उन्हें गाड़ी से उतार कर खेत पर ले गया और डंडो से जमकर मारपीट की। जिससे उन्हें गम्भीर चोटें आईं हैं। आकांक्षा ने बताया कि जीजा नरेश उसकी दीदी अनुराधा को भी परेशान कर प्रताड़ित करता रहा है।

    लखनऊ : लखनऊ में दो दिन से चल रही ऑल इण्डिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड की बैठक रविवार को खत्म हो गई। बैठक की समाप्ति के बाद दावा किया कि देश में शरई कानूनों में किसी भी तरह की दखलंदाजी को सहन नहीं करेंगे। साथ ही हिन्दुस्तान के ज्यादातर मुसलमान मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ में किसी भी तरह का बदलाव नहीं चाहते। बोर्ड ने कहा कि मुस्लिम दहेज के बजाय संपत्ति में हिस्सा दें, तलाकशुदा महिला की मदद की जाय। बोर्ड तीन तलाक की पाबंदी के खिलाफ है। बोर्ड ने कहा कि बाबरी मस्जिद मुद्दे पर उच्चतम न्यायालय के फैसले को मानेंगे। बोर्ड के महासचिव मौलाना वली रहमानी ने कार्यकारिणी की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में कहा कि देश में पर्सनल लॉ पर कुछ इस तरह चर्चा होने लगी है कि उनकी अहमियत और उपयोगिता पर सवाल खड़े किए जाने लगे हैं। साथ ही शरीअत के बारे में कोई जानकारी ना रखने वाले लोगों ने इस पर उंगली उठाना शुरू कर दिया है। ऐसे हालात में शरीअत का सही रूप देश के सामने रखने के लिए बोर्ड की जिम्मेदारी और बढ़ गई है।

    मौलाना ने कहा कि मुल्क में मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ को लेकर बोर्ड द्वारा हाल में चलाए गए हस्ताक्षर अभियान के माध्यम से मुसलमानों ने एक बार फिर यह बता दिया कि हिन्दुस्तान का संविधान इस देश के तमाम नागरिकों को अपने धार्मिक मामलों पर अमल करने की आजादी देता है और मुसलमान मर्द और औरतें शरई कानूनों में कोई भी बदलाव या हस्तक्षेप नहीं चाहते। बोर्ड ने फिर से एक बार इस बात को साफ किया कि धार्मिक आजादी हमारा संवैधानिक अधिकार है और शरई मामलों में सरकार का हस्तक्षेप बिलकुल बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। पर्सनल लॉ पर अमल करने की राह में कोई रुकावट न पैदा की जाए। बैठक की अध्यक्षता बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष मौलाना मुहम्मद राबे हसनी नदवी ने की।
