Rihanna sending 'funny, $exy' texts to cheer up Robert Pattinson

Rihanna has reportedly taken it upon herself to mend Robert Pattinson's broken heart following Kristen Stewart's affair with Rupert Sanders.
"She got Rob's number from a mutual friend and has been sending him sexy, funny texts to cheer him up," a friend of the singer told OK! magazine.

But are RiRi's advances all a bit much, a little too soon?

According to the friend, Rob thought he was being had on — until the singer managed to convince him otherwise.

"Rob thought someone Punk'd him. Eventually Rihanna convinced him she was for real, but Rob has been resisting her," revealed the friend.

The two have reportedly met a few times at awards ceremonies over the years, with Rihanna said to think the Cosmopolis star is "cute".

"Nothing ever came of it because he was attached to Kristen — and it's not her style to steal someone else's man," said the pal.

"Rihanna would love to meet up with him," revealed the friend.
