गोवा के कांग्रेस विधायक अतानासियो मोनसेराते लड़की 50 लाख रुपये में खरीदा और उसके साथ बलात्कार किया

गोवा के कांग्रेस विधायक अतानासियो मोनसेराते को नाबालिग लड़की से रेप के मामले में अब ट्रायल का सामना करना पड़ेगा. गोवा की एक अदालत ने मुकदमा रद्द करने की उनकी अपील खारिज कर दी. मोनसेराते पर 2016 में लड़की के साथ रेप करने का आरोप है. पीड़ित लड़की ने कहा था कि उन्हें मोनसेराते ने 50 लाख रुपये में खरीदा और यौन उत्पीड़न किया. यौन उत्पीड़न से पहले लड़की को ड्रग देने का आरोप भी लगाया गया. मोनसेराते को तब 8 दिन जेल में रहना पड़ा था
