    एक ओर प्रदेश व केंद्र सरकार जहाँ स्वास्थ्य पर करोड़ों रुपए खर्च कर रही है वहीं दूसरी ओर ग्राम सभा पिपरा याकूब में स्थित एएनएम सेंटर पर एएनएम के ड्यूटी पर ना आने से प्रदेश व केंद्र सरकार की मंशा पर पानी फिर रहा है ।
    आइए समझाते हैं क्या है पूरा मामला एक ओर प्रदेश व केंद्र सरकारें जहाँ स्वास्थ्य पर करोड़ों रुपए खर्च कर रही है वहीं दूसरी ओर ग्राम सभा पिपरा याकूब के गणेशपुर मजरे में स्थित उप केंद्र पिपरा याकूब में ए एन एम के ड्यूटी पर ना आने से प्रदेश व केंद्र सरकार की मंशा पर पानी फिर रहा है वहीं जब इस विषय पर ग्राम वासियों से बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया की ए एन एम हफ्ते में एक बार केवल बुधवार को आती है व आकर खानापूर्ति करके चली जाती है अगर किसी के घर प्रसव पीड़ा हो जाए तो फोन करने पर एनएम आती है या उनके परिवार का कोई सदस्य आता है और प्रसव पीड़िता को अपने निजी आवास जहाँ ए एन एम का प्राईवेट क्लिनिक है वहाँ पर ले जाकर प्रसव कराया जाता है जहां प्रसव पीड़िता या उसके परिवार से ₹2000 से लेकर ₹10000 तक वसूला जाता है वही ग्राम वासियों ने आगे बताया कि कभी-कभी के ए एन एम के फोन ना उठाने पर प्रसव पिड़िता व उसके परिवार को प्राइवेट चिकित्सकों का सहारा लेना पड़ता है जहां पर अच्छी खासी रकम प्राइवेट चिकित्सकों द्वारा वसूल की जाती है वहीं इस संबंध में जब एम सुभावती से बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि आरोप बेबुनियाद है मिजेल रूबेला टीकाकरण  में ड्यूटी लगने के कारण सेंटर पर नहीं पहुंच पा रही हूँ । वहीं इस संबंध में जब सीएमओ घनश्याम सिंह से बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि जाँच कराकर उचित कार्यवाही की जायेगी
