एंकर- आज दिल्ली में सफाई कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल का पांचवा दिन है..जिसके चलते जगह-जगह कूड़े का अंबार लगा है...ऐसा लग रहा है जैसे दिल्ली कूड़े की राजधानी बन गई है. सफाई कर्मचारी कह रहे हैं कि काफी वक्त से तनख्वाह नहीं मिली... तो वहीं दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार कह रही है कि हड़ताली कर्मचारियों के लिए 119 करोड़ रुपये का फंड जारी किया गया है. इस बीच आज एनजीटी ने दिल्ली के बिगड़े हालातों पर चिंता जताई है...और सफाई कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल और तनख्वाह को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार और सफाई कर्मचारी यूनियन को नोटिस जारी कर कल तलब किया है...कूड़े के निपटारे को लेकर एनजीटी ने हाई लेवल कमेटी का गठन किया है, जिसमें NPCB, NCT, DPCC, MCD और DDA मेंम्बर्स होंगे...वहीं 4 स्वतंत्र मेम्बर होंगे. ये कमेटी 6 हफ्ते में कूड़े के निपटारे की व्यवस्था और खामियों की रिपोर्ट देगी...आपको बता दें कि दिल्ली में अब तक कम से कम पांच बार सफाई कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल हो चुकी है. देश के सभी मेट्रो शहरों में सबसे ज्यादा कूड़ा दिल्ली में होता है. दिल्ली में रोज 10 हजार टन कूड़े का ढेर पैदा होता है. एक आंकड़े के अनुसार 2021 तक दिल्ली में कूड़ा डालने के लिए 6 हजार 920 एकड़ जगह की जरूरत पड़ेगी. जबकि अब तक दिल्ली-एनसीआर में नए कूड़ेघर की कोई जगह अभी तय नहीं हुई है.
एंकर- तो दिल्ली में जगह जगह फैले कूड़े से जहां लोग परेशान है तो वहीं एनजीटी ने भी सख्त रूख अख्तियार कर लिया है...और सरकार और सफाई कर्मचारी यूनियन से जवाब मांगा है...देखते रहिए डीबी लाइव

    दिल्ली में चिकुनगुनिया के बढ़ते मामलों पर नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्युनल ने एमसीडी को फटकार लगाई है और पूछा है कि पिछले दो महीने से आप क्या कर रहे हैं। नगर निगम ने जवाब दिया कि वह घरों में मच्छरों की ब्रीडिंग रोकने के उपाय कर रहे थे। जिस पर एनजीटी ने पूछा कि लगता है कि आपके पास कोई कार्ययोजना नहीं है। अगर होती तो लोग इतने बड़े पैमाने पर बीमार नहीं होते। एनजीटी ने आदेश दिया कि एमसीडी के डीसी के नेतृत्व में एक जिला स्तरीय कमेटी का गठन किया जाए, जो इस मामले में उठाए जा रहे कदम की निगरानी कर सके..वहीं इस मामले पर कल हाईकोर्ट ने भी गंभीरता दिखाई है...कोर्ट ने कहा है कि दिल्ली सरकार और नगर निगमों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे डेंगू और चिकुनगुनिया की रोकथाम के उपाय जारी रखें। कोई भी मरीज अस्पताल में बिना इलाज के न जाए...दरअसल वकील शाहिद अली ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर केंद्र, दिल्ली सरकार और नगर निगमों पर आरोप लगाया था कि ये डेंगू और चिकुनगुनिया के प्रकोप से निपटने के लिए प्रभावी कदम नहीं उठा रहे हैं साथ ही याचिकाकर्ता ने इससे निपटने के लिए कुछ सुझाव भी दिए थे...जिस पर कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार को निर्देश दिया है कि वो याची के सुझावों का लागू करने पर विचार करें...और 4 हफ्ते के अंदर फैसला लें.
