वैसे स्मार्ट फोन के इस दौर में सेल्फी लेने में कोई किसी से पीछे नहीं रहना चाहता है, लेकिन ज्यादा सेल्फी लेने वालों के लिए बुरी खबर है..अगर आप सेल्फी के दीवाने है तो हो जाइए सावधान...क्योंकि यह आपको बीमार बना रहा है...जी हां बिल्कुल सही सुना आपने...आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी की भारत में पहली बार सेल्फी से बीमार होने के मामले सामने आए हैं। राजधानी दिल्ली के दो अस्पतालों ऐसे पांच मामलों की पुष्टि की है। इन मामलों में किसी को सेल्फीसाइड है तो कोई बॉडी डिस्मोर्फिक डिसऑर्डर से ग्रस्त है..पिछले दिनों एम्स में एक लड़की ईएनटी विभाग में इलाज के लिए पहुंची थी। एम्स के डॉक्टर के मुताबिक वो अपनी नाक की सर्जरी के लिए आई थी। उसे अपनी नाक में दिक्कत लगती थी। जब उसकी जांच की गई तो नाक में कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं थी। डॉक्टर ने बताया कि वो बॉडी डिस्मोर्फिक डिसऑर्डर की शिकार थी... डॉक्टर के मुताबिक एम्स में अब तक ऐसे 3 केस आ चुके है...अब आपको बताते हैं कि बॉडी डिस्मोर्फिक डिसऑर्डर कैसी बीमारी है,,,इस बीमारी में इंसान अपने चेहरे या शरीर के अंग से संतुष्ट नहीं हो पाता। अच्छा दिखने के लिए बदलाव चाहता है। सेल्फी के कारण लोग इससे ग्रस्त होते हैं..डॉक्टर के अनुसार, फेसबुक या इंस्टाग्राम जैसी सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्स पर सेल्फी अपलोड करने की सनक से लोग इसके पीडि़त हो जाते हैं। पीड़ित लड़की ने ने इलाज के दौरान बताया था कि वो रोजाना 6 से 7 तस्वीरें अपलोड करती थीं। दूसरे से अच्छा दिखने के कारण उसमें बार-बार सेल्फी लेने की ललक बढ़ती गई।
