Scientists for the first time have detected water in the atmosphere of an Earth-like planet orbiting a distant star, evidence that a key ingredient for life exists beyond our solar system, according to a study published on Wednesday.

    കണ്ടുപിടിത്തവുമായി എത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് ബഹിരാകാശ നിരീക്ഷകരാണ്


    നമ്മുടെ കണ്ണില്‍ പെടാതെ ഒരു ഒമ്പതാം ഗ്രഹം സൗരയൂഥത്തിലുണ്ടെന്ന കണ്ടുപിടിത്തവുമായി എത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് ബഹിരാകാശ നിരീക്ഷകര്‍.
    പ്ലാനെറ്റ് എക്സ് (PLANET X) എന്ന് പേരിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ ​ഗ്രഹം ചെറുതും തണുത്ത ആവരണത്താൽ മൂടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.സൂര്യനു ചുറ്റും പരിക്രമണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിന് 40,000 വർഷം എടുക്കുന്ന പ്ലാനെറ്റ് എക്സ് ഭൂമിയേക്കാള്‍ 10 മടങ്ങ് വലിപ്പത്തിലും നെപ്ട്യൂണില്‍ നിന്ന് സൂര്യനിലേക്കുള്ള ദൂരത്തേക്കാള്‍ 20 മടങ്ങ് അകലത്തിലുമാണ് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്നാണ് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തല്‍. യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ഓഫ് ടോക്കിയോയിലെ ബഹിരാകാശ നിരീക്ഷകരാണ് ഈ ഗ്രഹത്തെ കുറിച്ച് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. സൗരയൂഥത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഇന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ ചിത്രങ്ങളും ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ ഒരു ഗ്രഹത്തിന്‍റെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് സൂചന നല്‍കുന്നുണ്ട്. 2016 ല്‍ തന്നെ സൗരയൂഥത്തില്‍ പ്യൂട്ടോയ്ക്ക് അപ്പുറം ഒരു ഗ്രഹമുണ്ടെന്ന അനുമാനങ്ങള്‍ ശാസത്രലോകത്ത് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു
    2015 TG387 എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഈ ​ഗ്രഹം ഭൂമിയിൽനിന്നും സൂര്യനിലേക്കുള്ള ദൂരത്തേക്കാളും 80 മടങ്ങ് അകലെയാണ്. സൗരയൂഥത്തിന്‍റെ അറ്റമായി വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ക്യൂപ്പര്‍ ബെല്‍ട്ടില്‍ ഒരു ശീതവസ്തുവിന്‍റെ സാന്നിധ്യം അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നതായി പല ബഹിരാകാശ ചിത്രങ്ങളും മുന്‍പ് തന്നെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിന്‍റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ഒന്‍പതാം ഗ്രഹം എന്ന ആശയം ഉരുത്തിരിയുന്നത്.

    അന്റാർട്ടിക് സമുദ്രാന്തർ ഭാഗത്തു നിരീക്ഷണം നടത്തിയിരുന്ന ഗവേഷകരുടെ മുന്നിലേക്ക് അത്ഭുതവും കൌതുകവും ഉണര്‍ത്തുന്ന ഒരു അപൂര്‍വ ജീവി എത്തി . കണ്ടാല്‍ തലയില്ലാത്ത കോഴിയെ പോലെ തോന്നുന്ന ജീവി .ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് അന്റാർട്ടിക് സമുദ്രമേഖലയിൽ ഈ ജീവിയെ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നത്.സീ കുക്കുമ്പർ അഥവാ കടൽപ്പുഴു എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഇവയെ മുൻപ് ഗൾഫ് ഓഫ് മെക്സിക്കൻ മേഖലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.എനിപ്നെയാസ്റ്റെസ് എക്സിമിയ എന്നാണ് ഇവയുടെ ശാസ്ത്രനാമം. കടലിന്നടിത്തട്ടിലൂടെ വളരെ പതിയെയാണ് ഇവയുടെ സഞ്ചാരം. ശരീരത്തിലുള്ള ടെന്റക്കിളാണ് ഇവയെ മണൽപ്പരപ്പിലൂടെ നീങ്ങാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നത്. ശരീരത്തോട് ചേർന്ന് ചിറകുകൾ പോലുള്ള ഭാഗവും ഇവയ്ക്കുണ്ട്.അന്റാർട്ടിക് ഡിവിഷനിയെ ഗവേഷകരാണ് അപൂർവമായ ഈ ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ കടലാഴങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് പകർത്തിയത്. ഇവർ സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ പങ്കുവച്ച ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ വയരലായി കഴിഞ്ഞു .നക്ഷത്ര മത്സ്യങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന എക്കാനോഡെർമറ്റ എന്ന കടജീവി വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെടുന്നവയാണ് ഈ വിചിത്ര ജീവിയും. ഭൂരിഭാഗം സമയവും കടലിന്റെ അടിത്തട്ടിലാണ് ഇവ ജീവിക്കുന്നത്. കടലിന്റെ അടിത്തട്ടിലുള്ള ആൽഗകളാണ് ഇവയുടെ പ്രധാന ഭക്ഷണം.
    സമുദ്രാന്തർ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് ചിത്രീകരിക്കുന്ന പല ജീവികളുടെയും ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ ഇതുപോലെ അമ്പരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണെന്ന് സമുദ്രാന്തർ ഗവേഷകനായ ഡെറിക് വെൽസ്ഫോർഡ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

    22 Covid & non-Covid patients allegedly died following a 'mock oxygen drill' in UP. A viral video purportedly of a hospital owner in Agra has sparked a major controversy. In the video, the man is heard saying that he got oxygen supply from patients snapped for 5 mins. The man, in the video, added that this was part of an experiment to know who all will survive. Reports suggest the video is purportedly of Arinjay Jain, owner of Paras Hospital on NH 2. UP health dept has ordered a probe into the incident after the video went viral.
