कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता राम लाल ठाकुर ने बिलासपुर में मीडिया को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा की जिलाधीश बिलासपुर ने अधिकारियों को विधायक बैठक में जाकर जन समस्याओं का निवारण करने के आदेश दिए हैं मगर विडंबना यह है कि कोई भी अधिकारी निर्धारित बैठक स्थल पर नहीं पहुंचता है। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारीयों के इस लापरवाही पूर्ण रवैए से जलकल्याण के कार्य प्रभावित हो रहे हैं।
