सिद्धार्थनगर सीमा पर यूरिया और डीएपी खाद की तस्करी बढ़ गई है। पिछले पखवाड़े के बीच तस्करी तेज हो गई है। इस दौरान 250 से अधिक क्विंटल खाद सीमा पार ले जाने की कोशिश करते समय एसएसबी और सीमावर्ती थानों की पुलिस द्वारा पकड़ी जा चुकी है। अगर इसी प्रकार से खाद की तस्करी हुई तो किसानों को खाद के संकट से जूझना पड़ेगा। भारत-नेपाल की 68 किलोमीटर सीमा पूरी तरह से खुली है। यहां बिना रोक-टोक के लोग इस पार से उस पार आते-जाते हैं। इस सुविधा का दुरुपयोग तस्कर करते चले आ रहे हैं। ये भारत और नेपाल में डिमांड और वस्तु की कमी के हिसाब से तस्करी करते हैं। मौजूदा समय में सीमा पर यूरिया और डीएपी खाद की तस्करी बढ़ी है। सुबह और शाम ढलते ही तस्कर खाद सीमा पार ले जाने का काम शुरू कर देते हैं। आंकड़ों पर नजर डालें तो एक पखवाड़े में एसएसबी और पुलिस अब तक 250 क्विंटल से अधिक खाद सीमापार ले जाने की कोशिश करते हुए पकड़ चुकी है। एक व्यक्ति जिसका नाम अमन गुप्ता बताया जा रहा है आज 42 बोरी खाद इफको के डीलर से विना किसी कागजट के यूरिया की तस्करी घोड़ा गाड़ी के द्वारा चिल्हिया थाना क्षेत्र के मंझरिया चौराहे के निकट मिला गाड़ी चालक से पूछने पर उसने बताया कि खाद हम गौरा ह्न्नाना के दुकान से ला रहे हैं और बजहा ले जाएंगे और इस खाद का न तो कोई रशीद भी नहीं है।और खाद बजहा गांव निवासी अमन गुप्ता का है उन्होंने दुकानदार से 42 बोरा खाद लिया ह और ना ही आधार कार्ड दिया ना ही कोई कागज दिया हम लोगों लोगों ने लाद कर इसको वजहा पहुंचा रहे हैं,तो कहीं ना कहीं देखा जाए तो दुकानदार किसानों की शोषण करने में कोई कोताही नहीं बरत रहे हैं। जहां किसान एक-एक बोरी यूरिया के लिए परेशान है तो वही तस्करों के लिए कोई रोक टोक नहीं है तस्करों के पास कागजात न हो तो भी ये दुकानदार बेधड़क यूरिया दे देते हैं और तस्करों से मोटा माल वसुल करते हैं। जब वहीं जिला अधिकारी दीपक मीणा से इस मामले में बात कि ही तो उन्होंने कहा कि अगर जनपद में इस तरह की सूचना मिलती है तो तस्कर के साथ है साथ दुकानदार पर भी FIR की कार्यवाही की जाएगी।उसका लाइसेंस निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।

15 साल की बच्ची का बाल विवाह पुलिस व दिल्ली महिला आयोग ने रुकवाया

यह शादी इंटर रिलीजियन हो रही थी
लड़कीं हिन्दू और लड़का मुस्लिम था। बचपन मे लड़की की माँ जब काम पर जाती थी तो मुस्लिम महिला के घर बच्ची को छोड़कर जाती थी।

दरअसल दिल्ली महिला आयोग को 2 दिन पहले किसी 15 वर्षीय लड़की का निकाह करवाए जाने की तैयारी की सूचना मिली थी। सूचना देने वाला अज्ञात शख्स था और उसने जानकारी दी कि एक लड़की का निकाह करवाया जाएगा जो कि नाबालिग है। दिल्ली महिला आयोग ने बताया कि 2 दिन तक वहां पर गतिविधियों का जायजा लिया गया और खबर को सही पाया गया। आज वीरवार दोपहर 1:00 बजे लड़की का निकाह समारोह शुरू हुआ। दिल्ली महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष स्वाति मालीवाल पुलिस टीम के साथ निकाह स्थल पर पहुंची। वहां पर बारात आ चुकी थी और दूल्हा लड़की का इंतजार कर रहा था। दूल्हे का नाम सलमान है जिसकी उम्र 20 साल है और राजीव कॉलोनी भलस्वा जोकि जहांगीरपुरी के पास का ही एरिया है वहीं का रहने वाला है। इसके बाद पुलिस और महिला आयोग की टीम लड़की के घर पहुंची तो लड़की को निकाह के इंतजार में पाया गया जिसके हाथों पर मेहंदी लगी हुई थी। लड़की की काउंसलिंग की गई तो लड़की ने कबूल किया कि उसकी उम्र 15 साल है और लड़की की मां ने भी बताया कि लड़की की उम्र 15 साल है। पुलिस ने तुरंत बच्ची का विवाह रुकवा दिया और उसे कानून के बारे में समझाया गया। दिल्ली पुलिस मौके पर मौजूद लोगों को पूछताछ के लिए थाने लेकर गई है और आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए लड़की को बाल कल्याण समिति के सामने पेश किया जाएगा। साथ ही दिल्ली महिला आयोग ने कहा है कि बच्ची गरीब परिवार से इसलिए बच्ची के पुनर्वास की का काम भी दिल्ली महिला आयोग करेगा।

इतनी जागरुकता के बाद भी आधुनिक काल में इस तरह से बाल विवाह का होना यह जाहिर करता है कि समाज में अभी भी इस मुद्दे को लेकर शिक्षा की जरूरत है । फिलहाल पुलिस इस मामले में कार्रवाई कर रही है और पुलिस इसको लेकर के क्या मामला दर्ज करेगी वह सभी स्टेटमेंट के बाद ही साफ हो पाएगा।
