सोलन के एतिहासिक ठोडो मैदान में डायनमिक इंडिया युवा मंडल द्वारा आयोजित हिमाचल उत्सव की चौथी सांस्कृतिक संध्या में जहाँ हिमाचली कलाकारों ने समां बाँधा वहीँ दर्शकों ने भी संध्या का जम कर लुत्फ़ उठाया |इस मौके पर समाज सेवी तरसेम भारती बतौर मुख्यअतिथि शामिल हुए वहीँ वीरेंद्र सूद , वीणा बक्शी , डा अनीता गौतम बतौर विशिष्ठ अतिथि शामिल हुए | सुप्रसिद्ध हिमाचली कलाकारों इंदु बाला , मुकुल . सुरेश वर्मा , लोकगायक राज शर्मा ने बेहतरीन गीत गाए और लोगों को झूमने पर मजबूर कर दिया | वहीँ स्कूली छात्रों की नृत्य प्रतियोगिता में बी एल स्कूल , गीता आदर्श विद्यालय ,सेंट ल्यूक्स और साईं इंटर नेश्नल स्कूल ने आकर्षक प्रस्तुतियां दी |
