विकलांग कल्याण संघ हिमाचल प्रदेश की मांगों पर सरकार ने गौर नहीं किया है। संघ ने कुछ दिन पहले जिला प्रशासन के माध्यम से प्रदेश सरकार को अपनी 25 मांगों पर कार्रवाई हेतू एक ज्ञापन भेजा था, जिस पर 10 दिन में कार्रवाई का अल्टीमेटम भी सरकार को दिया था, लेकिन सरकार द्वारा कार्रवाई न करने से नाराज विकलाग कल्याण संघ ने 30 नवंबर को धर्मशाला में सरकार के खिलाफ रोष रैली निकालने के साथ आमरण अनशन शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया है। यह बात विकलांग कल्याण संघ की आयोजित बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए प्रदेशाध्यक्ष तकदीर सिंह ने कही।
