Taking forward the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, the Centre has launched campaign to shun single-use plastic and discourage use of plastic accessories in daily lives.

Joining the initiative, Delhi University’s Jesus and Mary College on Thursday organised a program for creating awareness about ill-effects of plastic on the environment and how can it be brought to good use after recycling.
