सचिव व ग्राम प्रधान ने शौचालय बनवाने में किया घोटाला

सीतापुर के रामपुर मथुरा ब्लाक में केंद्र सरकार की एक अहम योजना जिसे स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के नाम से जाना जाता है जिसकी प्रधान व सचिव ने जमकर धज्जियां उड़ाई है मामला रामपुर मथुरा विकासखंड के अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत सिरकुंडा का है स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के तहत बने शौचालयों में भारी अनियमितता की गई है ग्राम पंचायत में शौचालय बनाने को लाभार्थी को प्राप्त राशि की जानकारी तक नहीं है कब राशि आई और कब निकल गयी है ग्राम पंचायत में प्रधान स्वयं ठेकेदारी की प्रथा से बनवाए हैं शौचालय बनाने में काफी रद्दी माल वा पीले ईंट का प्रयोग किया गया है जिससे किसी का पल्ला उखड़ गया है तो किसी का प्लास्टर छूट गया जिससे साफ जाहिर होता है कि शौचालय मानक विहीन है और जमकर धांधली की गई है
