The beautiful Sofia Vergara has been getting more attention than usual lately because of photographs that surfaced of her body painting with her friend, Spanish-American artist Domingo Zapata. The Colombian actress, best known for her work on ABC's "Modern Family," appears only in her underwear as Zapata paints hearts and large words all over her body, according to the Daily Mail.The attention surrounding these pictures has grown since the French magazine Closer published topless photos of Kate Middleton. Of course, Vergara knowingly posed for the pictures, while Middleton was shot by a paparazzo on private property.
Vergara is engaged to businessman Nick Loeb. She quickly rose to fame in the U.S. for her portrayal of Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on "Modern Family." The actress was already incredibly popular in Latin America before achieving crossover success as Ed O'Neil's wife in the popular Wednesday night situation comedy, according to ABC. She also appeared on "Desperate Housewives," "Meet the Browns," "Dirty Sexy Money," and a slew of other series on the way to becoming the highest-paid television actress in the world.

Kate Middleton Topless photographer and Closer editor charged over topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge
Two people have been charged over topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge, it is being reported.
Sources told the AFP news agency the accused are the head of the Mondadori Group - the publisher of glossy magazine Closer where some of the shots were printed - and a photographer at regional daily La Provence.
The photos of Prince William's wife Catherine caused a furore when they were published last September, and sparked a criminal probe into how they were obtained.

Judges in the Paris suburb of Nanterre charged the photographer with "invasion of privacy" for taking images of the former Kate Middleton in a swimsuit while she was on holiday in the south of France with her husband.
Those shots were published in La Provence, but the most intimate pictures showing the Duchess of Cambridge topless and having sun cream applied by William were published in Closer.
Judges are still investigating who took those photos.
Ernesto Mauri, the chief executive of Mondadori, was also charged with "invasion of privacy" for allowing the topless shots to be published.

Topless photos of Kate Middleton are currently plastered across the cover of French magazine Closer, and the Royal Family is livid.
These aren't old cell phone pictures that have been hacked or a body double posing as the princess, either. The images -- click here for a peek -- were snapped last week by an audacious photographer while the royal couple was vacationing at a French chateau owned by Queen Elizabeth's nephew Lord Linley, and there was an expectation of privacy in staying at the house. That's why the Duchess of Cambridge apparently felt comfortable enough to take her bikini top off while hanging out with her husband, Prince William.
Of course, there's no such thing as privacy when you're one of the most sought after couples in the world, and images of Middleton letting her guard -- and bathing suit top -- down are now out for the world to see. The palace is not pleased and has released a scathing statement threatening legal action.
"Their royal highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner," the statement reads, via TMZ. "Their royal highnesses had every expectation of privacy in the remote house. It is unthinkable that anyone should take such photographs, let alone publish them."

The Italian magazine which plans to publish more topless pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge has some 200 images of the future queen sunbathing naked, it has emerged.
Chi announced it is preparing a 26-page special edition tomorrow featuring 50 intimate photographs of Kate Middleton on holiday in France.
The Chi cover, featuring three pictures of a topless princess, was unveiled Saturday in Italian newspapers and television under the headline ‘Court Scandal: The Queen is Nude!’
The defiant editor of Chi has Tweeted that “not even a direct call from the Queen” would stop him from publishing the pictures.
Former Latin teacher-turned-editor Alfonso Signorini, 48, posted the message online after being posed the question by one of his followers on Twitter.
“I am convinced by this scoop that Chi will be publishing on Monday because that is what we are talking about,” he said. “These pictures are not offensive or in poor taste, they are not morbid and they do not damage the dignity of anyone.

Topless photos of Kate Middleton which showed up in a French magazine last year are at the center of some trouble for two people, who have now had charges filed against them. Investigators are still trying to determine if photographer Valerie Suau snapped the infamous pics of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing sans bikini top at a French chateau. In the meantime, she has been charged with taking photos of Kate in a bathing suit.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were enjoying a nice breakfast when they were informed of the nude photo scandal that would shock them both.
Shortly before departing to visit a mosque in Kuala Lumpur, Kate Middleton and Prince William were told that French magazine Closer had photos from last week's topless vacation times and were publishing said photographs.
The couple then saw the magazine cover in question when they realized the photos were in fact authentic. (The two had been sunbathing together on private property when the photos were taken from a great distance.)
Needless to say, the couple were "hurt, shocked, furious and disgusted." And, as we previously reported, they do plan on seeking legal action against the magazine.

The Duchess of Cambridge put on an elegant front during two stops in Malaysia on Friday, the day a French magazine spread showing her sunbathing without a top hit newsstands.
Buckingham Palace, on the other hand, wasn't letting the "grotesque" intrusion slide.
The royal family said it will sue the magazine, Closer, for breach of privacy, The Associated Press reported.
Closer's editor defended the photos, saying the couple’s poolside frolic was "visible from the street".
"These photos are not in the least shocking,” said Laurence Pieau told BBC. “They show a young woman sunbathing topless, like the millions of women you see on beaches.”
